• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work on any project at our discretion, subject to the terms of the relevant agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. Our own tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP remain our property.

Limitation of liability

Our website and general information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Codenz Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
